Project for the Construction of 12 Ready-Built Factory Units at MODON Oasis in Jeddah

Project Timeline:Contractual Duration: 18 months

Actual Completion Time: 11 months from the date of site handover

The project includes the construction of 12 ready-built factories divided into 3 buildings according to approved plans and specifications, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality.

The scope of work includes:

• General site preparation including excavation, backfilling, concrete foundations, and all types of infrastructure works such as drainage, water supply, and electrical systems.
• Design, supply, and installation of the steel structure, along with the supply and installation of AAC concrete walls, all in line with approved plans and specifications and adhering to top standards of quality and safety.
• Complete mechanical, firefighting, electrical, and safety works.
• Finishing works as required, including architectural elements such as doors, glass facades, fire alarm systems, data and telephone networks, and various equipment.
• Installation of lighting components and street lighting poles.
