The project includes the construction of 20 ready-built factories divided into 5 buildings according to the approved plans and specifications, and in alignment with the highest standards of quality.

• Site Preparation:
  Includes excavation, backfilling, construction of concrete foundations, and all types of infrastructure works such as sewage, water supply, and electrical systems.
• Steel and Concrete Structure:
  Design, supply, and installation of the steel structure, along with the supply and installation of cellular concrete walls, as per the approved plans and specifications, while maintaining top standards of quality and safety.
• Mechanical and Electrical Works:
  All mechanical, firefighting, electrical, and safety systems are included, along with comprehensive finishing works.
• Architectural and Technical Installations:
  Doors, glass facades, fire alarm systems, data and telephone networks, and various equipment and architectural finishes.
• Lighting:
  Installation of lighting components and street lighting poles.
