Project for the Construction of 40 Ready-Built Factory Units in Jeddah

A project was carried out to construct 40 ready-made factory units, each with an area of 900 square meters, located in the Third Industrial City in Jeddah.

The works were completed ahead of the scheduled contractual deadline by 5 months.

The project includes the construction of 40 ready-made factories, divided into 10 buildings, according to the approved plans and specifications, and in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.

The scope of work includes all site preparation activities, such as excavation, backfilling, concrete foundations, precast works, and associated civil works, in addition to electrical installations, mechanical works, fire-fighting systems, and external utility networks.

The works also include mechanical, electrical, and fire-fighting systems, as well as all safety systems. Additionally, the project covers landscaping, finishing works, architectural elements, including doors, façades, gypsum works, paints, and the installation of various equipment and services.

The works further include street lighting elements and lighting poles.

All remaining works were executed in accordance with industrial standards and in line with the highest approved technical specifications.
