Project for the Construction of the Civil Defense Station in Hail Industrial City – MODON

The project encompasses the construction of a Civil Defense and Fire Station in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications, and aligned with the highest quality and safety standards.

• Site Preparation Works:
  Included excavation, backfilling, construction of concrete foundations, and all infrastructure works such as sewage, water supply, and electrical installations.
• Structural and Architectural Works:
  Included the design, supply, and installation of the steel structure for the truck warehouse, in addition to general construction works according to the approved specifications and safety standards.
• MEP and Safety Systems:
  Covered all mechanical works, firefighting systems, electrical systems, and safety features, along with complete finishing works.
• Architectural and Technical Finishes:
  Included doors, glass facades, fire alarm systems, data and telephone installations across all sections, and a variety of fixtures and fittings.
• Lighting and Storage Facilities:
  Included installation of lighting elements, street lighting poles, and GRP water tanks with all associated accessories.
