Construction of 20 Ready Built Factories in Yanbu Industrial City

The project is a 20 Unit Factories (450m2) Ready Built Factory located in the MODON Oasis, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. It composed of two locations with the first location an 8 Unit Factories (450m2) and the second location a 12 Unit Factories (450m2). The scope of work of the proposed project includes the following: Earth Works (Excavation & Backfilling), Concrete (Footing, Column Neck, Grade Beam, Slab on Grade), Steel Structure Work, AAC Panels, Finishes, Doors & Windows, Furnishings, Plumbing Works, Fire Fighting Works, HVAC Works, Electrical Works and Site Landscaping Work. It also includes the construction of the Pump Room ancillary.
