As part of Saudi Vision 2030 and within the strategic plan of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030, the Technology Zone Development Project in Al-Janadriyah Land – Riyadh (MODON) was executed.

The project includes development works for Al-Janadriyah land, owned by MODON.
It covers site preparation works, including excavation, backfilling, concrete foundations, and infrastructure works of various types such as sewage, water supply, and electrical systems.
The scope also includes the design, supply, and installation of a storage station (GLS-type drinking and treated water tanks) along with the supply and installation of water and irrigation pumping units, chemical dosing units (chlorination), and full pump room and lift station installations, including concrete works, finishes, roll-up shutter doors, and vertical hoists.
Additionally, the works include all mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and safety systems, as well as all finishes and architectural works, including fire alarm, data, and telecommunication systems across all sections and all types of necessary installations.
The project also includes lighting elements and street lighting poles.
The scope includes the construction of the perimeter fence with finishing according to technical specifications, intrusion prevention systems, CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and operating systems. The works also include the SCADA programmed control system across all project sectors.
All works are to be completed in accordance with best industry practices and highest standards, aligned with the authority’s strategic plan to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
