Project Details:

As part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and within the strategic plan of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) to achieve Vision 2030 objectives, a project was implemented to construct 44 ready-built factory units, each with an area of 900 square meters, at MODON industrial city Sudair .

The project includes the construction of 44 ready-built factories divided into 11 buildings according to the approved plans and specifications, and in alignment with the highest standards of quality.

Scope of Work:

• Site Preparation:
  Includes excavation, backfilling, construction of concrete foundations, and all types of infrastructure works such as sewage, water supply, and electrical systems.
• Steel and Concrete Structure:
  Design, supply, and installation of the steel structure, along with the supply and installation of cellular concrete walls, as per the approved plans and specifications, while maintaining top standards of quality and safety.
• Mechanical and Electrical Works:
  All mechanical, firefighting, electrical, and safety systems are included, along with comprehensive finishing works.
• Architectural and Technical Installations:
  Doors, glass facades, fire alarm systems, data and telephone networks, and various equipment and architectural finishes.
• Lighting:
  Installation of lighting components and street lighting poles.

The project involved completing all required works in accordance with professional construction standards and the highest technical specifications, fully aligned with MODON’s vision and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.
